I really want to go to Waverly Hills in Lousiville. Been dying to go since I saw it on Ghost Adventures.

We used to have a place here that the city high school did as a fundraiser for their arts program. It's a big school with a massive arts center. It was in this massive old mansion called the Pythian home. A couple years ago they found bat droppings and condemned the building. Very sad to see it go.0 -

The rail road tracks near San Antonio........its where supposedly a school bus was hit at the rail road crossing by a passing train back in the 1930s, and about 15 school children were supposedly killed
When you go to the location, you are supposed to park about 100 feet from the actual impact location and put your car in neutral, but keep it running
then after you sit there for a few seconds, your car begins to move towards the tracks, slowly, but then it builds up speed until you get to the actual crossing and your car stops at the exact location of impact from the train to the bus
then put your car in drive and move off the tracks.................true story, I ve done it
also, people sprinkle and dust their trunks with flour before they allow the car to move............
after leaving the point of impact on the tracks, people say they hear little children crying and find hand prints on their trunks........seems these sweet school children want the same thing to happen to you, that happened to them.....:(
dont believe me.................click on this link, there are plenty more about this distrurbing event.................
BOOOOO, lol

I don't have one that's a comercial thing. However, the town I grew up in had an old farm house out about a mile or two from town. It was called "Blue Baby". Rumor is that a farmer who lost most of his crop to draught back in the early 1900's came home and went nuts, killed his wife and 2 year old boy who was dressed in blue. Nobody ever lived in the house after that and it was said to be haunted.
When I was a teenager we went there a few times and found bones and deer carcasses in there. The place was super creepy and of course it was falling apart after some many years of sitting empty and unmaintained. Several people have said they've seen and hear weird things there.
I heard that the Blue Baby burned down to the ground a few years back, not sure who did it but there was a lot of people who thought that house has bad juju.0
