I probably lost 600 pounds in my all life...... Trying all kind of diets...... But the only one i never tried .....was calculating the calories... !!!!!
Probably because i never found a way to do it ..... With MFP....... its so easy, not complicate, fun and inspiring !
I am 46, from Montreal..... I have 62 pound to loose.

so happy you are here. I have done every diet out there. To me after being in a vvheelchair and gaining soooo much vveight I knevv it vvas about a life style change. I love MFP and you have a nevv friend.0

Congratulations on your weight loss so far! It looks like you are well on your way to your goal. MFP has been an interesting site for me as well. Counting calories and then seeing them when I log them in has made me see what I am eating. I realized just what I was eating after seeing it written down. I don't always make the best choices, but it has helped.

ive lost count of the number of diets over the years that I have tried, but this is the only one that i have stuck to for longer than 4 months, its the ease of using the calculaters on here and of course all the nice people make a big difference too best of luck ij your journey.

Hi! I'm Nita. I've tried and has some success on many diets. Never managed to reach goal weight or keep weight off. I think I needed a Lifestyle change and not just another diet. My current journey began on 9-9-11 and I am losing. Maybe slowly but the weight is coming off.

I'm the same way.......every diet under the sun except counting calories. My bil lost huge weight the last couple years exercising and counting calories and has kept it off. I've finally decided to try it - I figure I'll always have to do it but at least it's a way of life I can keep up. Good luck. I'm in Canada too, but on the other side of the country.......Vancouver.0
