Okay best mate in the world told me this one, and i love it

It's cheap, it comes complete with your favourite music and its done in your own home,

TIP: Make sure no one is watching cause they will NEVER let you forget it lol

Tis simple and i do this and trying to convince the database its acceptable. I rock out! Pure and simple, theres an hour in the house when no one is around, no neighbours no one....ooh look is this a heavy metal cd i see before me....is this a room with lots of floor space....screw it

    high-tempo hip hop (club music) is my poison of choice, but the dancing is the same, I probably look like I'm having an upright siezure.

    Anything that burns calories and melts stress is good in my book!
