Hey guys! Today is my first day using MFP. I am super excited about the site and really hope that I can stick with it! Can't wait to look around more!

    I came back to My Fitness Pal. Lost 20 lbs last year and kept most of it off. I have tried WW but it is a really cumbersome app compared to this one. Hoping to lose another 60 and make some new friends.:drinker: :happy:

    Hello this is my second week on here. Nice to meet you. I am excited about my weight loss journey, and it is good to know others ae too. Please add me guys , I could use all the friends and motivation I can get. I want to lose weight by making the changes necessary. Most of my coworkers are on weight loss pills and doing the hcg or b12 shots but I dont want to go that route. What motivates you to lose weight???:bigsmile:
