This is what 100+ lbs looks like

This weekend, I stood up in my best friend's wedding. The dress that I wore is 6 sizes smaller than the dress that I wore to my 10 year high school reunion last year. Yeah, six sizes. As of last week, I'm down 100 lbs from my official starting point in April. I don't know exactly how much I weighed at the time of my reunion, but I do know that it had to be at least 100 lbs more than I weigh today. So, without any further blather from me.....Here's what happens when you shed 100lbs.

Thank you to my MFP's who've helped me along the way, offering advice and encouragement. I'm not done yet, but I think 100 lbs is pretty significant achievement and have been meaning to do this since last week when I hit this milestone.

    Thank you very much. With the exception of the last week, I pretty much work out every day. At least 5-6 days a week.
