headaches? light headedness?

So today i kinda know why i'm like this because of skipping breakfast BUUUTTT does/is anyone like this when they're dieting/working out, etc??
Its not a daily basis but i'm noticing it more now that i'm starting to diet and work out. Not sure if i'm lacking in some nutrients or not, i really need to start packing in more veggies in my diet and get a good multivitamin but just find it kind of interesting it get like this. I dont remember it being like this when i was dieting last time, but i dunno.

If you are working out, it could be because your body is lacking. I can not work out in the morning without eating first, I eat like an apple or protein bar prior to working out. I get horrible headaches and tylenol or aleve will not help. Try that see if that helps. You should be eating anyway in the morning. That way your body will start your metabolism to get going if not it may think you are starving and could hinder your weight loss goals. good luck0

its not an option for me ot skip breakfast......i just forgot mine at home today :sad: but i usually do. i'm just not sure whats causing it really.....its like my body is angry at me.0 -
When I skip or do not eat enough I dont get headaches but I do get light headed So maybe you need more food.0

Do you have low blood sugar? I have to eat every 3 to 4 hours or I will start getting headaches. I keep almonds at work just for that reason.0

no...no low blood sugar..no anemia.....none of it. i just dont know if its my body reacting to non fat girl habits anymore or what haha.0
