My own personal NSV

After much debate on whether or not to share - I decided "What the hell!"

I can easily grab my ankle from behind to do a hamstring stretch. Doesn't sound like much? Well, I actually had a hard time with that two months ago so it makes me pretty happy! Not sure if it's easier because of lost pounds, lost inches, increased flexibility or all the above but I'll take it!

i'm going with 'all of the above'! keep up the good work. the best part of my journey so far has been noticing small improvements in endurance and movement with my body. Stuff I didn't think I'd ever be able to do. Well, I'll show you, body!

That is great. It is a huge accomplishment if you ask me. Especially since I am not able to do that! Congrats!
