A few personal victories!

Hi

So I'm pleased with the way the scales are going, but today marks 4 weeks since starting exercising, and so I have been measured. I've lost:

Waist - 5cm
Hips - 3.5cm
Biceps - 2.5 cm per arm!
Body fat % down 1%

I am sooooo happy with this progress. Much better than scale results.

And as if that is not enough, work is my danger area, as there are often buffet lunch leftovers/birthday cakes/biscuits because it Monday hanging around. Today there was a whole platter of sandwiches, dips, crisps and mini muffins. Guess how much I had??

NONE!!

Please excuse me whilst I feel really chuffed with myself. LOL

    That is awesome! I haven't done my measurements yet, but when I weigh myself Wednesday morning, I want to do my measurements too. Thank you for the encouragement. :-)
