being for halloween? trying to get ideas for my 10 yr old son and 7 yr old daughter. something that isnt very expensive.

    I am going as a pink lady from Grease lol I dont have kids. If I did, they would put a white sheet over their heads and go as ghosts!

    8 year old boy - The Living Dead
    6 year old boy - Skeleton Zombie
    5 year old girl - Mermaid

    My daughter is going as a hippie. I bought all the stuff at thrift stores and other than the (new) wig, they are all real clothes she can wear again. She is going to look so cool.

    I think my daughter is going to be either a zombie cheerleader or a cowgirl...knowing her she'll change her mind when I pick her up later. LOL

    My son is 16, so he's just gonna don a mask for the trick or treaters. :) He was a ninja for like 6 years in a row when he was a little guy.

    My little girl is going as Tinkerbell. She is only 1 so I chose something pretty that I liked on her, LOL. This might be one of the last time that I get to choose her outfit.

    My daughter is going to be a fairy which we found a cheap costume for. But my son wants to Batman (The black Dark Night one) or a transformer and all the costumes for that are so expensive. So I don't know what he will be. :\

    I have 3 girls, my 7 yo is going to be a firefighter, $20 costume purchased.
    My 6 yo is going to be Jem (from the 80s cartoon), I'm putting her costume together from Goodwill, & a little sewing.
    I have a double-breasted pink suit jacket for my 2yo, & I'll make her a matching skirt and tiny pillbox hat, & shell be Jackie O (she has the perfect hair & eyes for it!).

    Our (almost) two year old is going to be train conductor with a Thomas the Train bucket. His birthday party is Thomas the Train. :)

    My son is going as the scream character and my daughter is Ragedy Ann. Got both costumes at Target for under $30.

    My daughter is going as a cow and my son a bee and a bear (there will be a wardrobe change as both sets of grandparents got him a costume)

    Go to resale store like "once upon a child" or a thrift shop. Just make sure you wash and dry (in case of bed bugs)
