Ok so I had 29 (serving size) of cesseit's in my lunch today and didnt eat all of them.....so I got home at just had the leftover ceeseit's at 4pm. Do I cound that as a snack and have to list another thing of ceeseits or counting it to my will counting it as one of my lunches will do? Their Reduced Far.

    If you already counted it in your lunch calories, then don't worry about it. As long as everything is correct at the end of the day it doesn't matter under what name you log anything. half of my lunch is usually logged as "snack" because I am a grazer.

    I would count it as one serving.

    If you've already counted it in your lunch, I wouldn't count it again.

    I'm not sure I fully understand the question but I'll give this a go:

    You should record the total amont you ate. It does not matter if it was eaten at breakfast, or lunch/etc. If you ate a TOTAL of 1 serving (29 crackers) of cheese-its, then this is what you should record. Whether you ate 1 cracker every minute for 29 minutes, or you ate all 29 in one mouthful, or you ate 2 at breakfast and 19 at lunch and the other 8 before bed, it makes no difference.
