    welcome..I am from Colorado aswell..well rather been living here for 8 yrs..I think you will love MFP..it has helped me shed some weight..

    I just moved away from Colorado! I lived in the Springs for 13 years. Sure am gonna miss it!

    Hello - I'm finding it really hard to get motivated !!! My motivation for starting weight loss came from my first skiing trip - to Winter Park Colorado at Easter when I fell and split my ski pants ......embarrassing !!! Jan
