just joined, and I am enjoying this! finding it a realization and an eye opener to what and how much I am eating. Oh Man! Drive thrus r my weatness...:)

    Hi and welcome! Also from Ohio here. I found out the same when I first joined a few months ago. Was really kind of crazy to see how bad I was eating. This place is great and lots of wonderful tools/ people.

    So good to see a Buckeyes jersey again :glasses: Spent my first 22 years in a village of 300 people near Cleveland. Spent the most recent few years here in the desert of southern Arizona. I miss the trees and rain sometimes, but I never miss the snow :bigsmile:

    :laugh: oooops! I forgot about that! Hopefully it will stay away until December? (yeah, right.)

    I drove to AZ - and was the only one in the entirety of the southern state (or so it felt) with a snow scraper for the ONE time it snowed. I watched as all the other folks tried to clear their windshields with credit cards and fail. it was incredible!
