Hello from West Va.

My name is Tish and I'm a grandmother/great grandmother. I have been having difficulty in sticking to dieting. My Dr told me to think of my health rather than just trying to lose weight. Eating proper foods and staying away from fast foods and eating out a lot as well as regular exercise will help me.

I'm not one that enjoys cooking or trying out new recipes. I am not a compulsive eater nor do I eat anything after 7:00 p.m., I simply eat the wrong things..foods that are easy to fix because of my not liking to cook. :)

So, here I am I'm going to give this a try...by trying harder.

    feel free to add me as well. If you dont like to cook you can do rotisserie chickens from the grocery or toss stuff in the crock pot. Good luck!
