Exercise help...

Does anyone have an exercises for someone with arthritis in their knees? Pool/water exercises are not an option.

Elliptical or stationary bike are lower impact..I would avoid treadmills...too much pounding0

You can also try a stationary bicycle, but adjust the seat so that your legs aren't cramped up on themselves, but more stretched out. You can find the right adjustment by pedaling a bit-if your knees hurt, increase the distance between the seat and pedals.0

You can use an upper arm rehab bike (UBE) or what people call an arm bicycles for aerobic exercise with no stress on the lower extremities.
tai chi is low-impact
Yoga is another option
You can still do strength training even with arthritis0
