any ideas on how nutri. information in a cup of gas station hot cocoa? I cant find it in the food tracker!

I got these values from the IHOP nutritional info:
Hot Chocolate 290 calories, 120 cal from fat, 13 grams fat, 9 saturated fat
When I was a server there, hot chocolate was similar to what you get at a gas station (same sort of dispenser). Granted this was like 7 years ago, but it sounds about right.
Keep in mind that IHOP serves hot beverages in 8 ounce mugs. Most gas stations offer 12 or 20 ounce sizes.0 -
i googled and they all say small btwn 160-200 calories, hope it helped0

hot chocolate from wawa (gas station ) is in the database, I'm sure it would be close0

i wouldnt use dunkins because they use milk id use like a swiss miss pack because the machines at gas stations use powder and water ....... Id says between 90-180 cals0
