6 weeks 6 pack......in my diary????

i started with Jillian's 6 week 6 pack...... its an almost 35 mins workout....... today was my first day...

now i cant seem to be sure how i should put that in my exercise diary??? and how many calories i burnt.....

very confused...plz help...!!!!!

    I put this in as 35 mins circuit training :-)

    Everyone I know works out their cals for circuit training for that DVD workout time then write their own exercise and label is 30DS.
    Then you can just tick 30DS each time you do it!! I upped by 20 cals for the next level as it is harder. :drinker:

    Glad I found this post! Just did level 1 and 2 and didn't know how to put in in my diary. Just entered it in as 55 minutes of circuit training :)
