As long as you're not doing the same workouts, one day after the other, you should be good.

What do you do on Monday's? You didn't list that so is that another rest day or the same as the rest 30 day shred and gym?
It sounds like you're definitely getting a good workout just be sure not to overdo it. When you work the same muscles day after day they aren't getting the appropriate rest they need. But if you only do it for a little bit each day then that sounds like it would probably be alright.

That looks like plenty, I've read other people on here having great success with 30DS and throwing the gym in there is great. I don't know what your fitness level is, but I've read where some are wiped after doing 30DS. I think taking Sunday off after all that is a good idea. Good luck.

Sorry I didn't even realise lol I just go to the gym on that day.

Also, I try to mix up my routine at the gym as much as possible :)

I agree with an above statement- don't make your gym workouts the same routine. Make sure you have a ton of variety, it helps to psych your body out.. if you stay with the same exercises you will lose a lot slower if at all. Also, switch up the times of day you do things.. try doing workouts early in the morning 0500 and then at like 2300 another day lol.. i love switching it up, keeps my body confused and working. hope this helps.

Looks good, I'd add some stretching some days (similar to how turbofire has dedicated stretch sessions some days, up to 40 minutes long)
