 Ok ladys, I had to go to the OB today for a reg check up... I know I had on jeans, shoes, a hoodie and just had oatmeal.... but it said I was 151... really 151... that is almost 7 lbs more then yesterday at home... Then he told me that he likes weight watchers, and I told him that I already lost 14 lbs on MFP, he looked happy and said my healthy BMI would be 24 @ 140 (it said I am 28 now)0
