Some subways around here make available all day there breakfast sandwhiches! I get the egg whites with bacon and cheese.... surprisingly not to many calories (sodium though....yikes). I love breakfast but rarely eat it in the morning, we have it for dinner or lunch all the time!

Egg whites, turkey bacon, whole wheat toast or english muffin. That was my breakfast this AM.

Breakfast type meals are perfectly acceptable any time of the day.

I like egg, turkey bacon, 2% American cheese, a slice or two of tomato, all on a wheat bun! YUM!!
  • I make breakfast sandwiches for breakfast and lunch myself.

    English muffin (130 cal)
    Slice of ham (10 cal)
    cheese (60 cal)
    some butter (50 cal)
    egg (70 cal)

320 cal sandwich, and I usually enjoy with some fruit or yogurt as well. Store bought/deli made sandwiches are probably doused in butter/cooked in grease, so I would avoid...

might want to check with starbucks. They have a good low cal breakfast sandwich and some serve it all day.
