    Her recipes look really good! But a lot of her one-dish recipes use canned cream of mushroom soup, not even remotely healthy or whole.

    Thanks for sharing! It was love at first sight when I saw the sweet potato and black bean chili recipe. Just bought sweet potatoes last night without much of a plan. Now I have an awesome-looking (and easy-to-make) dish to look forward to - thank you for sharing this! I would eat so much better if I had a few decent recipes.
