MEN'S Fitness Magazine

I admitedly stole this idea from the gals here.

What do you all think is the best MENS Fitness Magazine?

I get Men's Health, and it is so-so I guess. I usually get 1-2 tips from each periodical.

I stopped receiving actual magazines...I view them online or through android/iphone apps. As like you mentioned, there is typically only a nugget or two from each and why spend a few bucks per mag to get what you can get for free online.

I get Men's Health UK nearly every month. Not just for the pictures (though that helps!) but the far more down to earth workouts and useful advice like how far you have to run to work off that curry you ate last night.

Women's fitness mags: "Be bikini skinny in four weeks!"
Men's fitness mags: "Lose that belly, get more sex!"

I get Men's Health, but much of what is in there doesn't apply to 53 year old married men if ya know what I mean. I'm waiting for my sub to Men's Fitness to start showing up in my mailbox, that might be a better mag.

Muscular Development. While I don't compete anymore and this is a mag geared towards bodybuilding, the articles are up to date finding and they do a lot of research to prove evidence of how to lose fat efficiently, gain muscle efficiently and there's even a column on how to have satisfying sex or sexual issues each month. Mag is thick with information.

Fitness Rx for Men Magazine is pretty good.
Muscular Development and Fitness RX are distributed by the same company, so both have a lot of the same info with Fitness RX more on the health/active side and little bodybuilding.
