casserole beef..any recipes other then beef stew?

i use it to make a curry or i just stew it a bit then marinade it, put it on skewers and stick it under the grill.

If you're talking about stew meat, you can do just about anything with it as long as it's cooked. Beef stew cooks it for a long time until tender. You could make shredded barbecue beef, or if you're willing to put it in the crockpot with just some onions garlic and salt all day, then you can freeze in portions and do just about anything with it.

Chunky Chilli mmmmmm!!! Slow cook it with tinned tomatos, kidney beans, chilli powder. Yum!
