I have a bit of mild flu. Nothing serious, but enough not to want to do exercise! The thing is, I eat the calories I earn working out, and there is no way I'll be able to stay under 1220 without working out today. I don't want to let myself go over, but also I want to get well. What do you guys think? Will I be ok to go over? And if so how much do should I allow myself to still lose weight?

I'd recommend that you not work out when you have the flu. If you are set to lose 1 pound per week, you can eat up to 499 more calories and still be under your maintenance goal. One day isn't really going to hurt you, either way, though.0

I was thinking of uping it for the day, but did so well this week, didn't want to ruin the hard work!0
