Any thoughts on my workout plan for this week?

I joined a 12 week exercise study that restricted my exercise to the treadmill 3 times a week and various strength machines for 2 of those 3 days.

The program is now over. I will be working with a trainer soon but until that gets scheduled I am on my own. I would say that my activity level is moderate.

Tuesday (today): Zumba 60mins class
Wednesday: 25 mins elliptical, 20 mins strength
Thursday: 45 mins elliptical
Friday: Spinning 60 mins

Should I do something else/different on Thursday?

    Looks good, but I would suggest adding another strength training day.

    If you haven't done Zumba before you will love it. I can't dance to save my life but it is sure fun to try. Ellipticals are good machines. If you are concerned that is not enough, throw in your other day of strength training there. Congratulations on being out of the 200's. Good luck to you!

    2-3 x a week with 30 mins strength training.

    I say you convert Thursday to a strength training day, increase your strength training time on Tuesday, and make sure that the strength training comes before the cardio. If you must do the cardio, do it after you've lifted.
