Hey Britt,
Well best is to start off with the compound exercises that will build a good foundation as you will build your body proportionally.
Compound Exercises
- Squats
- Deadlifts
- Military Press
- Bench Press
- Rows
- Pull ups
Always keep your back straight and look up so you won't pinch a nerve in your back or slip a disc in your spine.
Send me a message if you want to go into further detail or if you require any assistance.0 -
Monday : Chest and Bicep. Working bicep lite but in between chest sets
Tuesday: Back and Tricep. Working Tricep lite but in between back sets
Wednesday: Legs and ABS
Thursday Bicep and Tricep
Friday Rest Day
Saturday: Shoulders / ABS
Sunday: Open / Rest if needed but you can always roll this open day to any other day.
(Do three to four sets of each keep rest down and heart rate up. Keep weight lite and manageable.)
Run every morning for no less then 2.5 miles at 7.5
*Your form is the key. Focus on form and the rest will come easy.*0
