Do you know what was in your salad?
  • Your best bet would to find something similar or a little more than your salad and use them calories.

Or you could guess but always over guess to save you going over the limit.

The only way to get a perfect result is to add the items individually if you have the packaging still ?? And also if you have the mobile app, The barcode scanner works well whenever your cooking a unique meal.

Its quick and easy with the barcode scanner, Sometimes when im shopping i will scan things i might eat one day lol, Then they are saved incase i do eat them.

Especially the own brand products cause not all supermarkets are the same !

Well best is to take the ingredients and search for them individually and then simply calculate the correct amount used and then add them all together.

Under the food tab is a tool to create recipes...Create one for your salad

The recipe function will do that for you.

I've been adding the ingredients individually.

If you're making something that you think you may eat often, you also have the option of adding the recipe to your database.

Allow me to gaze into my crystal ball for a moment.

I see........exactly 42.42424242 calories per ounce is the answer.

I usually hide a slice of apple pie in my salad and I'm assuming you do the same so say at least 1000 calories.
