reintroducing myself after an extended break :)

Hi there MFPeeps :)

I thought I'd pop over here and reintroduce myself after taking a break from MFP this summer -- personal reasons/ buying new house/ just plain fell out of habit.

I am not new to MFP really... I lost 70lbs between December 2009 and this July/August. Since logging off, i managed to get into some bad eating patterns. When I moved, I tended to rely on convenience foods waaaaaaaaay too much! And that was the gateway to all sorts of other crap and not measuring, logging, etc. I gained back a few pounds over the past 3 months but managed to hike Mt Washington and to run a decent 10k and half-marathon during that time, so its not like i was a total sloth LOL

Yet here i am, KNOWING DAMNED WELL that i shouldn't be eating frosted sugar cookies but BAM they pop in my mouth anyways :( I have been thinking "I just need to get a good day under my belt" for about a week now, but without the structure that MFP provides, I've fallen sadly short every day :( .... I really REALLY don't want my eating patterns to revert to the way they were that got me to my previous weight. But I'll be honest with you: i've been eating like I used to eat... whatever, whenever, however much. ITS GOT TO STOP!

ok, so thats my update and reintroduction... Hopefully some of you remember me (or my previous name: adkwatergal)
