what is the average calorie count? Since when is Gatorade a meal replacement????0

The fact that the word "NO" is there, leaves me out of this...I'm not giving up nothin'. Moderation is the key for me.0

Gatorade for dinner?? WTF??
That's the same thing I was thinking!!0 -
Hmm sounds like hell to me. I eat either potatoes, rice, or pasta EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. And i love life
I lose weight and enjoy the things that I eat.
That show is unrealistic and a bad influence.0 -
why no fruits after 5 PM? and why such low cal for people that overweight, combined with excessive exercise for people that overweight? Exactly why the Biggest Loser, while potentially inspirational to some, is a terrible show for the general public for the stuff it puts in people's heads0

Other than the Gatordade, I'm not knocking it. The rest of the diet looks good. I can understand cutting out the rice, potatoes and pasta.0

Okay, I'll drink the Gatorade for dinner, but I will need you to buy me some adult diapers and put those special sheets on my bed so I don't have to keep getting up to pee while I'm trying to sleep. Deal?0

Gatorade for dinner?? WTF??
I've had Gatorade WITH dinner, but not as the entire meal. (OK, it was Gatorade and vodka. Not the best weight-loss strategy.)
But is this a diet plan they are recommending or just saying this is what he had for dinner that day?0 -
seem like a lot of food to me and lots of calories, but I dont hve the problem with the carbs at all.Carbs make me sooo hungry.0

Don't forget Ryan is a very bad example. He won Season 1 by using lots of dodgy methods, dehydrating, etc.
There's more checks in place now, and I'm sure the diets are more sensible now due to the increase in public scrutiny of it all.0 -
No bananas and melon?? Im OUT lol
Me too, especially Mango. I put these in my protein shakes. Sheesh. And forget Gatorade. :huh:0 -
how come he could have popsicles and jello with whipped cream, but no bananas? and what the heck, gatorade only???0
