I have been counting my calories for a few weeks now, but I am having a hard time with the weekends. During the week, I am pretty consistent and my computer is in front of me. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate them.

Oh man, I can Soooo relate. I'm HORRIBLE on the weekends. And this week I am travelling for work and eating out every meal so that is going to be a HUGE challenge as well.
Welcome and good luck on your journey. I'll be curious to see what people give you as suggestions. I try to stay out of the kitchen for as long as possible on the weekends. Keep busy and drink lots of water. If you eat extra, exercise more.....0 -

I can give you advice and tips, and I work for a fitness center so anything I can't answer, I can likely get an answer for you ASAP.0
