Hi, I am new to MFP!

I have been counting my calories for a few weeks now, but I am having a hard time with the weekends. During the week, I am pretty consistent and my computer is in front of me. If you have any suggestions, I would appreciate them.

    Oh man, I can Soooo relate. I'm HORRIBLE on the weekends. And this week I am travelling for work and eating out every meal so that is going to be a HUGE challenge as well.

    Welcome and good luck on your journey. I'll be curious to see what people give you as suggestions. I try to stay out of the kitchen for as long as possible on the weekends. Keep busy and drink lots of water. If you eat extra, exercise more.....

    Hi! Feel free to add me. I run a stable support group with a lot of phenomenal people! You can also just "partner" up with me if you'd like and I can be more one-on-one with you if you're interested. I can give you advice and tips, and I work for a fitness center so anything I can't answer, I can likely get an answer for you ASAP.
