Hi everyone. I am brand new here!
I have lost a bit of weight since the summer however I always tend to lose all motivation. So I am hoping meeting some awesome people and seeing others results will keep me moving! This site seems like a great way to keep track of progress too, and the message board is amazing!

    I'm new to MFP and been on You on a Diet for a litle over a week now. Just started the treadmill this morning. Any hints, tips or opinions would be VERY welcomed.

    see the blog in my signature about an exercise that will help you with motivation for those times it begins to wane. the key is to have tools in place before that happens.
