Lifestyle Changes I.E. sedentary to active

I recently was given a job as a server at a restaraunt. I am going from a stay at home mom with my levels set at sedentary for 1 1/2lb loss to work part time. My questions is since its part time should i leave it as is and wear my HRM on the days i work and log that as my exercise or should i change my lifestyle to add my calories? any help/info/insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    I leave my as being sedentary so I know i dont over eat calories and when I work out if im hungry I use those. I dont know understand how mfp always does there calorie limit on here. I could not change and just add it as exerice.
