How many of you move to the next level after the 10 days? Or do you move on when you feel somewhat comfortable at the current level? If so, how many extra days did you stay on?
Hubby and I are trying to decide if we are going to stay at Level 1 a little longer. I have to say I watched the beginning of level two, BIG MISTAKE!!!
Thanks!

I did each level for 14 days, just because I liked starting a new level after a rest day. I think it's fine if you take a little longer as long as you keep going!

I started level 2 this morning. Started the Dvd on October 1st. Did 10 days on level 1. I'm gonna attempt moving up after 10 days. Level 2 was just so different from the 1st level.
BTW... I think that's is awesome your hubby is doing it with you!! Im hoping my hubby might take interest in doing it! Good luck to you both!0 -
When I started this my only other exercise had been going to Curves. I couldn't keep up at all at first. So, I kept at each level until I felt like I had "mastered" most of it.0

I did Level 2 for the first time yesterday. I have to admit I was a bit nervous before I moved onto Level 2, but I pretty much didn't have a choice; hence, I had to move on after my 10th day on Level 1. Good luck on your 30ds. You guys will do great!0

Thanks, me and hubby both find it challenging. He does not think this is some "chick" exercise video. He takes it seriously, as well.
I am lucky that he does it with me. I think it keeps me motivated, considering I have had the DVD for like 3 years! I think we are going to stay on level 1 a little pass the 10 days, then move forward.0 -
Well if there are any guys or hubbies that think that the 30D shred is a joke...tell thm just to try it and see if they can make it thru the entire workout. Only those in tip top shape is going to find it easy... I would challenge any guy out there to try it for a week!0
