  • I eat it 99% of the time, even if it's just a piece of fruit. I usually eat it before my morning walk.
    It took me a bit to get used to eating breakfast (I was never big on it) but now I feel so much better after my morning meal.

    99.9% of the time I do. If I miss it, it is on the weekends and I got to sleep late (which RARELY happens.) I have found that it makes a HUGE difference the rest of the day.

    I only eat if I'm hungry. Eating a meal that you don't really want just because you think you should doesn't make sense.

    I was never a breakfast person, however now that I am eating it (it might be as simple as a smoothie) I find it helps me. I usually eat oatmeal at work (1/2 cup oats 1 cup almond milk 1 egg, heat up almond milk and pour over oats and egg in thermos). Now that I try to eat smaller meals I find it works very well. Before I would starve myself until 10 am then eat whatever (usually something not very good or healthy). Now that I plan out meals and take them with me it really helps.
