I'm only a week in, and only lost a 1.5 lbs. But I'm really glad I started. I've never really been serious about getting into shape, but I hae no other choice. I'm tired of being made fun of, or feeling uncomfortable in a room filled with skinny people. Can't wait to see how I do. :-)

    omg!!! i said the same thing... keep at it. im in my 3rd week and i am 10lbs down. i sooo love the feeling of working toward the new me!!!... GOOD JOB! KEEP IT UP!!! STAY MOTIVATED!
