Can someone tell me if Sun Flowers seeds are good for you. I know there is a lot of fat in there, but mostly good fat. i don't eat enough to count but they kind of help me through out the day.

Most seeds and nuts are great for you and have healthy fats -- as long as it fits into your diet and you don't go over your daily fat allowance.

The sodium cat get you in sunflower seeds. I repackage by serving size and put in zip locks to make sure I know how much I'm eating.

I really like eating nuts. (Usually, I eat raw almonds when I need some energy.) I would count whatever I ate, however. In the database, it says one tablespoon of "Generic - Sunflower Seeds; Hulled and Raw" is 43 calories. That could add up quick.

They're fantastic, try sprinkling some in salad, in cereal, muesli, or in veggie patties etc.
