October Iron Man Challenge-- Week 2 (Open Group)

We're rockin' and rollin'! The October Iron Man Challenge is in its second week!

The goal is to complete the following during the 31 days of October:

* Run/ Walk 26.2 miles
* Bike 112 miles
* Swim 2.4 miles


I'll post a new topic on Saturdays, and everyone can use the thread to track their mileage--either daily or weekly, whatever keeps you motivated!

It's an open group, so if you want to join us, come on in!

    Run/walk: 5 miles (jog/mostly walk intervals outdoors)
    Bike: 7.5 (easy miles exercise bike)
    swim : o

    slighlty pulled muscle....trying to take it easy.

    I have discovered the wide-seated comfort of the recumbent stationary bike! The Iron A** got to take a day off!

    still pulled muscle...??...anything much more than a slow walk/bike pace is not being tolerated right now.

    Had to fit in a short 35 minute workout between meetings today- walked 2.25 miles on the treadmill
