October Iron Man Challenge-- Week 2 (Open Group)

We're rockin' and rollin'! The October Iron Man Challenge is in its second week!
The goal is to complete the following during the 31 days of October:
* Run/ Walk 26.2 miles
* Bike 112 miles
* Swim 2.4 miles
I'll post a new topic on Saturdays, and everyone can use the thread to track their mileage--either daily or weekly, whatever keeps you motivated!
It's an open group, so if you want to join us, come on in!

Run/walk: 5 miles (jog/mostly walk intervals outdoors)
Bike: 7.5 (easy miles exercise bike)

slighlty pulled muscle....trying to take it easy.

10 mile recumbent stationary bike.
Totals:

I have discovered the wide-seated comfort of the recumbent stationary bike! The Iron A** got to take a day off!0 -
