I'm a newbie here. Just checking things out. I used to use Fitday ... but I think this site is a little more user-friendly. On a mission to be healthy, feel good ... and wear cute pants. : )

    I used to use fitday too. This has so much more interaction (if you choose) or not LOL.

    The food information bank is so much larger.

    Thanks for the welcome! I don't know about the weather right now in Iowa, I'm a travel nurse and am currently working in north central Minnesota. The fall foliage here is unbelievable! Soooooooooooooooo beautiful. The area I'm in has awesome walking and biking trails, so I'm hoping that the great weather will hold out for a bit. : )
