Today is grocery day. I need to make meal plans for the week and I need to create a grocery list. I need a hand.

    Evening meals :
    quorn chilli with wedges (bit like chips, but baked)
    prawn n veg stirfry
    tomato n roasted veg pasta dish
    large jacket potato with prawns

    Lunches:
    Chicken tortilla/wrap (with salsa n lettuce, tiny bit of cheese)
    Soups
    Tuna mayo crunch (tuna, mayo, cucumber, red pepper, cerery)

    breakfasts:

    Egg white omlett with your choice of fresh veggies (I use green peppers, spinach, and red onion)
    Greek yogurt and fresh fruit mixed in
    vita muffin(if you have them where you live)
    oatmeal (watch for sugar/fat content)
    Whole grain muffin/egg white sandwich
