Hello
I'm Rhiannan, im twenty yrs old.
I am really struggling with my weight lately.
i have lost 6kgs already, and feeling pretty good!
but its almost summer soon, and i really want a flat stomach. I really struggle with ab work..
push ups and sit ups hurt my back/neck.. i do not have a good technique.
I am also pear shaped, very curvy.. and when i put on weight thats where it goes! i need to tone my thighs and butt,,
Im also very shy about this as my friends do not support me at all.
if anyone has any tips.. that would be fantastic xx

From one pear to another.. squats and lunges are your friend (even though they hurt like heck!)0
