How to log personal trainer workout

I am going to meet with my personal trainer for the first time (since using MFP) and I need help with how to log this workout in my diary. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

  • Either wear a HRM or you could log it as circuit training.

    Log whatever it is you do. Sit ups, push ups, treadmill. If you do it- log it.

    I have seen alot of people talking about HRM, do you have any suggestions as to what brand? This may be something worth investing in. Thanks
