:happy: I have just signed up to this site and really hope it works. I am 48 and gaining wait and fat, and I don't like it. I would like to lose at least 15lbs, as well as fat. It's my mid-section that is fat. I could use some help in the exercise department. I live in the country, so a gym is difficult. As well, I have a slight back condition that limits me a bit. Any advise is really appreciated. Thanks

Hi and welcome Jacci. Here's some advice you can use or lose, buy the book titled "YOU: On A Diet - A Guide to Waist Management". It is chalk full of information and explains a lot of our body functions (why it does and doesn't do what we want it to) and it contains a full diet and exercise plan. Plus the best part? You don't need to join a gym. Pick up the book and it will guide and explain everything to you. I hope that it helps.0
