    nope, 67% of cals from fat is high though even though they are good choices. If you fit it into your daily macro goals, that's fine though :smile:

    If you have a place that sells bulk foods you can usually get them cheap. We get them from Winco here in WA(US) and its 85 cents a pound.

    I eat an apple or a banana with natural or powdered peanut butter for breakfast almost every day. Fills me up, protein and good fats. Powdered peanut butter has only 45 calories/2 TBSP vs 190 cals the other stuff has. Great to travel with too.

    I get mine at the Publix in the ethnic foods section; specifically, I buy little bags of Badia flax seeds for about a dollar.

    and I have never heard of powdered peanut butter.
