Posting a banner to your signature??

Hey all! I'm trying to put a picture that i made on bannermaker.com onto my signature but i can't figure out how to do so! i tried doing the html, which of course didn't work and their other options are a little confusing. can someone help me with this??? thanks!

    Per the signature feature:

    Only MyFitnessPal tickers are allowed. Please be considerate and keep signatures short or moderate in size. No links are allowed.

    Thanks anyway. "Moderate size" is a key point there. Also, it's a good thing it's not a link, just a small picture.

    does it give you an img code? when in doubt, can you save the picture to your computer and load it onto photobucket? at least on photobucket, i know you can load something with the img code...
