No Bake Low Fat Chocolate Coconut Cookies
3 c. oatmeal, instant or old fashioned
1 c. coconut, shredded
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1 t. vanilla
Mix all dry ingredients well.
Place butter, milk, sugar, applesauce and vanilla in saucepan and bring to boil. Allow to boil for a couple minutes.
Stir into dry ingredients well and use spoon to place cookies out on wax paper to cool. Makes 45-50 depending on size of cookie.
