Question of the Day- Day 80!!!
When do you think is the best time of the day to work out?
**Me- I prefer getting up in the morning and getting it out of the way however that is sooo hard cause I love my sleep and don't usually get to bed until 10-11pm every night and then have to be up at 7:15am each morning. I usually end up doing it at night but I am going to try and start busting it out in the mornings from now!!

I heard it was best in the AM but I have a hell of a time getting up that early so it is afternoon and night time for me0

Afternoon; a couple hours before I begin dinner.0

I used to be an AM now and strictly a PM. That is what time allows me with my kiddos and I actually find it helps control my hunger in the evening and nighttime.0

I like to do it in the morning..... work out, I mean I know that if I don't get it done in the morning then I will just keep pushing it off.0

being a plasterer, i get to work out every day , am + pm0

Mine is different depending on the day...morning, mid day and afternoons0

I always try to do my routine in the morning, although that does mean I have to get up at 5.30am to fit it in... Arrggh!! Some days I do a second bit in the late afternoon, about 4.30-ish, usually on my day off only though. (I can't beleive I get up so early just to jump about and sweat.. I must be a basket case!!!) :flowerforyou:0

Mine is usually in afternoons or evening... I'd love to get it out the way in the morning however I LOVE the little bit of sleep i do get and mornings are hectic for this family, everyone loves their sleep, no morning people over here0

I have been getting up and getting it out of the way as soon as I can wake up because thats when it fits in my schedule best, I really dont have a preference though I guess just when I have the time I need to get it done and not think about it0

Its best for me to work out after I get out of work but before I go home. I work until 5 p.m. Mornings are too hard for me and once I get home I'm done for the night. Right after work is best....for me.0

Well I go to work at 3:30 AM in the morning, soooo afternoon it is0

I've always wanted to be a morning workout person but my life just doesn't cooperate with that. I will do a morning workout on the weekend but I usually do mine between 4:30-7:30pm. Somewhere in that time frame is what works best for me.0

i hate mornings... i workout in the afternoons and sometimes throw in a little something after dinner0

I get up at 4:00 to work out..I would feel really bad
if I took up that time with my boys in the evening..sometime we
go for a walk together..0
