Soo, I am a Three Stooges fan.

Just read that it will most likely be Jim Carrey as Curly, Benicio Del Torro as Moe and Sean Penn as Larry in the remake.

What do you think of this cast???

    great actors all
    but I just cant imagine anyone else as the Three Stoogesother than the original guys,,,they must be dead or too tired maybe

    ,some things should be left alone...dont these great actors have better projects....oh well....

    Love it. I'm a big fan of all three:
    Jim Carry - one of the funniest and most talented physical comedian of all time
    Benicio Del Torro - very talented, haven't seen him an anything that I didn't like.
    Sean Penn - have you seen "I Am Sam"? Great actor.

    I was thinking that too and was kind of surprised they would update The Three Stooges. I mean, the remakes of certain things is to be expected and have been OK but like you said, there are some things you just don't touch.

    Should be interesting to see how they do though! I can see Benicio Del Torro as Moe!! LOL! (Kind of looks like him)

    I think Benicio Del Toro resembles Brad Pitt. (not a twin, but a resemblance)

    There are no possible attempts by any actor, no matter how talented, that will satisfy my family. The Stooges are The Stooges. Nobody can compare.

    When my oldest son was a toddler, I would put on Three Stooges videos while I was getting ready for work so he could watch. He was mesmerized and it was hilarious to listen to him try to copy them when he was around 18 months old!

    Jim Carey definitely - not to sure about the others - we'll see...
