Super Low Cal Pumpkin Banana Bread!

Pumpkin Banana Bread

2 small banana- mashed
1 can pumpkin puree
2 containers (3.9 oz) Mott's No sugar added applesauce
1/3 c all egg whites (crystal farms)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
32 tsp (1/2 c & 8 tsp) splenda sugar blend
1 tsp nutmeg
3/4 tsp ginger
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cloves
4 c rye flour


Mash banana, add pumpkin, applesauce and egg whites; use mixer on low until blended. In another bowl, add rye flour, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, baking powder and baking soda. Stir until blended. Slowly add flour mix to pumpkin mix. Use mixer until blended. You can either make 2 big loaf, or 8 mini loaves. Put batter into pans sprayed with Pam. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 32 servings. Each serving = 81 cal.
