I limit saturated, it's hard to avoid completely. Trans fat on the other hand. I avoid it at all costs.0

I saw your other thread about soda,,,,also junk...but you need to take your time or you will get frustrated...get some good books orlook online...about.com is a good site to look at....
also...think about the money...soda is expensive and does not help your body...it is horrible for kids also

It took me ... um, almost 4 months to cut soda out of my diet. I have 1 or 2 a month. Not bad for someone that drink a 6-9 Mt Dews a day! I was hard, but as soon as I got it out of my system I didn't crave them anymore. Good Luck! And the likelihood of "craving it" is just the addiction to caffeine. I drink black coffee in the morning to get my fix...doubt that could that habit!!

You do need saturated fat. It just shouldn't comprise more than 10% of your total calories. You do not need trans fats. There actually are some found in nature, but in miniscule amounts. They are found in abundance in hydrogenated oils like margarine.0
