Hi everyone, I'm trying to get "back on the wagon" after vacation - here's me after a 10 Mile race in DC. I finished around 27K'th out of 30K people with a time of 2:15:00 - but the goal was 1) pass 5 miles within 90 minutes to stay in the race 2) finish the race.

Great job! I have my first 10 miler coming up on the 23rd of this month. Kinda nervous, as the furthest I've run so far is 7.5 miles. I have no doubt I can do it...but I'm still a little scared. Be proud of your accomplishment. 10 Flippin miles! Not many people can say that. *high five!*0
