Tonight we are having pizza hut it's not often that we order pizza and i've been trying to figure out the calories and fat in the pizza's at pizza hut... i was wondering what a light cheese with either black olives or pineapple would be in calories and fat... any one know how to figure that out??

I think you chose one of the higher calorie pizza places around. Can you chose a place that doesn't use as much grease on the dough?

I just checked on Pizza Hut yesterday. Check the food data section by searching Pizza Hut. The thin and crispy cheese pizza isn't too bad, depending on what you've 'saved' for dinner calories.

Thank you! im just going to stick to light cheese with chicken since im low on my protein intake for the day! i worked my butt off today so i could enjoy a slice of pizza with the family :happy:
